By accessing or using CatchInbox ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
CatchInbox provides AI-powered email triage and notification services. The Service analyzes emails from connected Gmail accounts, generates AI summaries and priority scores, and delivers alerts via Slack.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period.
Free trials are available for new users as described on our pricing page. At the end of the trial period, you will be charged the subscription fee unless you cancel before the trial ends.
CatchInbox integrates with third-party services including Google (Gmail API) and Slack. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective terms and policies of those service providers. CatchInbox is not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CatchInbox and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your email data and content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CatchInbox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may delete your account at any time through your dashboard settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
